After five days, we were free to go home. I watched the tiny features nestled in a pink blanket resting only a few feet away, unaware of the life set before her.<\/p>\n<p>For the first time, reality set in &#8211; I was a mom. A young, single mom without a job, an education, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.estherdorotik.net\/blog\/infuse-walking-in-hope-despite-circumstances-sifting-through-doubt\/\" rel=\"noopener\">hope of a future<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>How am I going to do this on my own<\/em>,&#8221; I whispered as tears blurred my vision.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1706\" src=\"https:\/\/www.estherdorotik.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/You-are-not-alone-bible-verses-for-a-weary-heart-731x1024.jpg\" alt=\"you are never alone, bible verses when you feel alone, truth that God will never leave you, scripture that says God is always with you\" width=\"600\" height=\"886\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With only a few days until Christmas, I can&#8217;t help but recall another baby born to a teenage mom. A sleeping baby in a manger who would change the world. Our Righteous King, who laid down His crown for a cradle, came with unparalleled love to be the strength for the weary, hope for the hurting, and an anchor for the lost. Heaven reached down to ensure you and I would never face life on our own.<\/p>\n<p>If this season of joyful melodies finds you feeling lonely, deserted, or forgotten, let the truth of these verses wash over you as sweet whispers of grace flow from the Father&#8217;s heart to\u00a0yours.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I have made you. I will carry you. I will sustain you. I will rescue you. Isaiah 46:4<\/li>\n<li>The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth. Psalm 145:18<\/li>\n<li>The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:8<\/li>\n<li>I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul. Psalm 31:7<\/li>\n<li>I am with you always, even to the end of the\u00a0ages. Matthew 28:20<\/li>\n<li>The Lord is faithful to all His promises and loving toward all He has made. Psalm 145:13<\/li>\n<li>I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands. Isaiah 49:15-16<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As I think back on that day and the statement so vividly etched in my memory, I also look back on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.estherdorotik.net\/blog\/infuse-relying-on-gods-faithfulness\/\" rel=\"noopener\">faithful Father<\/a> who never left my side. Through each struggle and trial,\u00a0I see His hand weaving a bigger story, a reminder that I was never on my own.<\/p>\n<p>The same is true for you.
